Lost your key, or setting up a new Mac? Enter the email address you used to buy SideDock and we’ll send your key there again.

This opens a ready-to-send email to support@getsidedock.com. Keys only ever go to the address used at checkout, so it’s safe to send from any address.

Check your inbox firstYour key was emailed with your receipt. Search your mail for “SideDock”, and check spam.
Moving to a new MacDeactivate SideDock on the old Mac in Settings › About, then enter your key on the new one.
A key that was leakedWe replace it and switch off the old one. Your plan and your Macs stay the same.
