Install and activate

    Download and open the file

    Open SideDock.dmg from your Downloads folder, then drag SideDock onto the Applications folder.

    Open SideDock the first time

    Open it from Applications. During early access, macOS may say it can’t check SideDock for malicious software. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to SideDock, then enter your Mac’s password. You only do this once.

    Try it, then paste your license key

    The first 7 days are free, with every feature on. To keep going, buy a license and paste your key in the activation window. Copy it from your receipt email and paste it in. Each key works on as many Macs as your plan: 1, 3 or 5.

    Allow what you use

    macOS asks before SideDock can use Accessibility, Calendars or other permissions. Each one is explained when it’s needed; the Privacy Policy lists them all.
