Let Pip write it. You press send.

Pip will happily write the email you’ve been putting off. It just won’t send it for you. That part’s yours.

EmailTo: SamSend

Ask in plain words

Press ⌃⌥Space and say what you need: “email Sam that I’m running ten minutes late”, “text Alex happy birthday”, “invite Jo to lunch on Friday”. Pip looks up who you mean in Contacts and writes it in your language.

It makes a card

  • An email in Mail, or a reply to one you got, with files attached if you like.
  • A message in Messages or WhatsApp.
  • An event in Calendar, with the people you want invited.
  • A call: FaceTime video, FaceTime audio or your phone.
  • Files to AirDrop, a note or a reminder.

Every field on the card can be changed: the words, who it’s for, the time. The app’s own icon tells you where it’s going.

Nothing leaves until you press the button

Press Send, Add or Call and it happens; the card then says Sent or Added. Don’t, and nothing does. Even if you’ve let Pip get on with other things without asking, these cards always wait for you.

It can answer, too

When a new email arrives while Mail is open, or a new text comes in, Pip can tell you in the notch and offer a reply it has drafted. Missed a call? It offers to call back. Texts and calls need Full Disk Access, which only you can give; Pip asks once and shows you where.

WhatsApp only goes one way for now: Pip can write a WhatsApp message, but it can’t see new ones.
